Raised in the countryside of Alsace France, Chef Gilles Marx has always been attracted to the world of culinary. Fresh and natural farm products that inspired him to explore the secrecy of gastronomy encompassed his childhood.

Chef Gilles Marx has experienced great number of years in pursuing his passion. His international experiences include time spent at Michelin-starred restaurants in Lyon, Burgundy and Paris, as well as an experience in Australia and Southeast Asia. These experiences have provided him indubitable skills in serving the best food and wine.

Chef Gilles always feels honored to communicate his passion for French Cuisine and Lifestyle, using a mixture of ingredients carefully selected from markets around the world and the Indonesian archipelago. He is the chef founder of Amuz Gourmet.
